By constantly developing, we want to create conditions for our employees to challenge and be challenged, teach and learn, develop and innovate. In this interaction, it is important that everyone is given space to grow both as individuals and as employees. We also value teamwork and emphasize the potential of a collective force of employees working together to make as much difference as possible. Through our strong employee focus and the motto "Employee First - Customer First" we take care of our employees and can do more for our customers.
EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITY
As an employer, we have a responsibility to implement our set policies and to comply with agreements and laws. With the help of various internal policies regarding, among other things, travel, salary and suppliers, we want to contribute to sustainability from the inside out. Just like other parts of our sustainability work, this is a continuous work that can be developed and updated over time. Cypoint's privacy policy is also under development to clarify how we work with and save personal data.
For us, it is important both how we treat our employees and how we select our subcontractors. We choose our partnerships with care and through our supplier policy we set demands on our suppliers to ensure they are aligned with our values. The suppliers we choose are expected to work actively with sustainability issues from the perspective of the environment and climate impact, as well as openly communicate how they work with sustainability issues such as strategy, policies, organization, concrete efforts and reporting. In this way, we can create rings on the water in different parts of our business.
